・Windows Server configuration and support

・To configuring and troubleshoot Firewalls, Switches, network routing and WiFi

・Access Point to maximize network efficiency and security

・Maintain and updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases

・Office365, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint support.

・End-user, computer and software support

・Regional countries remote support is required

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Qualification / working experience :
- Diploma or degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science and IT (Hardware)
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of server & IT networking support related experience
- Experience in Firewall, router and core switch configuration
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

✓Language proficiency and skills
- Proficiency in English
- Preferably with certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/CCIE/Comp TIA Network & Security
- Knowledge of LAN / WAN, TCP/IP Networking, Palo Alto Firewall, Azure/AWS Cloud, routing protocol
- Knowledge of SD-WAN technology

✓Others requirements:
- Priority will be given to candidate who are able to join immediately to support a tight deadline project
- Willingness to travel within Asia Pacific region
- Experience in configuring and troubleshoot Firewalls, Switches, network routing and WiFi
- Office365, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint support
- Cloud experience in Azure and AWS is advantage.
