・Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

・Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.

・Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.

・Monitor sales performance to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

・Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, customer service, production) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

・Provide timely market feedback, competitor information, and customer insights to management.

・Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

・Might have handing inquiry after working hour

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field

✓At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical trading company or chemical manufacturing,

✓Language English, Malay, Mandarin

✓Good communication and negotiation skills in English (Malay and/or Japanese proficiency is an added advantage).

✓Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia

✓Able to work minimum instruction, committed to company
