•AWS Business Leadership: Lead and manage the AWS business unit in Malaysia, including revenue growth, partner development, and go-to-market execution. Define AWS solution strategy and portfolio roadmap aligned with company and regional objectives.
•Solution Architecture & Pre-Sales: Design and validate AWS cloud architectures for enterprise customers (migration, modernization, security, data & analytics, DevOps, etc.). Collaborate with sales teams and customers to create technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and total cost optimization plans.
•Technical Delivery Governance: Oversee solution delivery quality and ensure projects are aligned with AWS Well-Architected Framework. Support delivery teams in complex solution implementation, cloud security, and automation.
•AWS Partnership & Vendor Management: Build and maintain a strong relationship with AWS Malaysia teams (Partner Development Manager, Solution Architect, and Sales). Drive joint marketing and co-sell programs with AWS and key ISV partners.
•Innovation & R&D: Identify emerging AWS technologies and new service opportunities (AI/ML, Data Lake, Security, Industry-specific Solutions). Lead internal enablement and certification programs to strengthen the organization’s AWS competency.
•Financial & Business Management: Develop annual AWS business plans including revenue, GP, and investment targets. Track pipeline performance, project profitability, and optimize resource allocation.
•Team Leadership & Development: Mentor solution architects and cloud engineers, and foster a high-performance culture across the technical and business teams.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
✓Experience: 8+ years of experience in cloud solution architecture, IT consulting, or system integration, including 3+ years in AWS-focused leadership or solution roles.
✓Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AWS services (Compute, Storage, Network, Security, Data & AI). Experience designing large-scale cloud architectures for enterprise or regulated industries.
✓Business Acumen: Proven track record in growing cloud business revenue, managing customer relationships, and leading pre-sales engagements.
✓Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to coordinate between technical, business, and AWS partner teams.
