• Review, design, and develop PCB layouts, schematics, and related engineering documentation (including PTH and HDI designs).
• Review Engineering Questions (EQs) to ensure alignment with design specifications, material specifications, process requirements, and customer standards.
• Work closely with manufacturing plants in Thailand and China to ensure design feasibility, producibility, and smooth transition to mass production.
• Provide engineering support throughout the entire product development cycle.
• Ensure all designs comply with required quality, reliability, safety, and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Chinese with customers, suppliers, and internal cross-functional teams.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

✓ Hands-on experience in PCB design and schematic development.

✓ Strong ability to review specification sheets, EQ documents, and technical drawings.

✓ Proficiency in both English and Chinese (mandatory).

✓ Customer-facing or field engineering experience is an advantage.

✓ Willingness to travel for initial visits to manufacturing plants; subsequently transitioning mainly to office-based design work.

✓ Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate with teams in Thailand and China.

✓ Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

◆ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in manufacturing environments or on cross-border engineering projects.

• Familiarity with industry-standard PCB design tools and documentation formats (Gerber, schematic files, material specification sheets).
