[Sales & Marketing] Food Industry (Company Car Provided)

・You will be responsible for importing Japanese food products from overseas (mainly from Japan) and selling them to local retailers.

・This role involves selling and expanding Japanese snacks, seasonings, and other food products to supermarkets that carry Japanese goods, helping to promote Japanese food culture across Malaysia.

・You will work with retail clients to plan store displays and maintain attractive and engaging sales floors that keep customers visiting frequently. (Examples: setting up product POP displays, arranging promotional mannequins, planning Japan Fair events, etc.)

・To achieve this, you will need to analyse customer lifestyles and conduct marketing activities to create sales floors that match customer needs.


Other Responsibilities:

・Importing food products and selling them to local retailers

・Following up to ensure products are delivered accurately and without delay (Supplier selection is handled by the Japan headquarters)

・Managing sales progress of the Malaysian group companies and reporting to senior management

・Managing 1-2 local sales staff, checking progress, and guiding them on product display methods

仕事内容

海外（主に日本）からの日本食品の輸入および、現地小売店への販売

日本のお菓子、調味料などの食品を、現地で日本商品を扱うスーパーに販売・拡販し、マレーシアでの日本食文化の普及を支援

小売店と連携して、魅力的で集客力のある売り場作りを企画・運営

例：POPディスプレイ設置、プロモーション用マネキンの配置、日本フェアの企画など

顧客のライフスタイルを分析し、販売促進活動を通じて顧客ニーズに合った売り場を作り上げる

その他の業務

食品の輸入および現地小売店への販売

商品が正確かつ遅延なく納品されるようフォロー（仕入先の選定は日本本社が担当）

マレーシアグループ会社の販売進捗管理および上層部への報告

現地営業スタッフ1～2名のマネジメント、進捗確認や売場作りの指導

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Mandatory Requirements:

・Bachelor’s degree (4-year program) and at least 5 years of working experience
・English proficiency at business level or above (required for internal and external communication)
・Valid driver’s license (driving company car required)
・Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools
・At least 5 years of corporate sales experience (negotiation and coordination with clients)

Preferred Requirements:

・More than 5 years of sales experience in retail industry
