• Ensure that all concept art aligns with the overall style and vision of the game.

• Oversee the entire concept art pipeline, from initial sketches to final polished artwork.

• Stay up -to-date with industry trends and techniques to continually improve the quality and efficiency of concept art production.

• Troubleshoot and solve artistic and technical issues related to concept art creation.

• Participate in project planning and provide estimates for concept art -related tasks.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Proven experience as a concept artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Proficiency in industry -standard software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and other digital painting tools.

• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and lighting.

• Ability to create a wide range of concept art, from rough sketches to detailed illustrations.

• Excellent drawing and painting skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

• Strong problem -solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot artistic issues.

• Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and guide junior artists.

• A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of visual storytelling.
