We are a fast-growing company with operations in Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia, and we are currently seeking a Regional Back Office staff to oversee and strengthen our administrative foundation across all three countries.
1.Finance / Accounting
Review and monitor monthly closing for all three countries
Prepare and consolidate materials for management/board meetings
Check and approve payments in each country
Review and verify journal entries
Stay up to date with tax regulations and updates in each country
2.HR / General Administration
Develop and maintain employment rules and staff handbooks for each country
Draft and manage employment contracts and other company agreements
Oversee contract administration and compliance across the three countries0
Cross-Country Coordination
Collaborate with local staff in Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia
Report directly to company executives / management
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
Minimum 5 years of full-cycle accounting experience, covering A to Z processes
Hands-on experience managing AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), and GL (General Ledger)
Proficiency in AutoCount and SQL is preferred
Have a strong background in finance, HR, or administration, ideally in a multi-country setup
Are comfortable working in diverse, multicultural environments
Possess excellent communication skills in English (Japanese is a plus)
Are hands-on and willing to build processes from scratch
Can contribute to business growth from an operational and compliance perspective
