• Ensure product knowledge is up to date.
• Develop, manage, and grow the trade client base.
• Communicate with prospective and current customers, overseas counterparts, and local suppliers.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts.
• Proactive monitoring of industry trends, import and export regulations, and competitors’ activities.
• Provide support to overseas team members.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
• Must possess knowledge in international trade, logistics, and import/export regulations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in the trading industry.
• Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Possess good communication skills and commitment towards the jobs assigned.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Willing to work and travel to overseas countries as and when necessary.
• Languages: English, Mandarin.
