• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts
• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including salary computation, overtime, allowances, and deductions
• Ensure timely submission and compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB requirements
• Maintain payroll records and coordinate with HR on payroll-related matters
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities
• Monitor cash flow, invoicing, and payments
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Diploma Holder
✓5-10 years working experience as account
✓Familiar with using SQL (accounting software)
✓English (business level)
