・ Support and improve daily production operations to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets

・ Monitor production processes and identify areas for efficiency, yield, and productivity improvement

・ Coordinate with Japanese engineers and headquarters on production issues, improvements, and reports

・ Prepare production-related reports, documentation, and presentations in Japanese and English

・ Support new product introduction (NPI), process setup, and trial runs

・ Assist in troubleshooting production, process, and equipment-related issues

・ Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to ensure stable operations

・ Support implementation of Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement activities

・ Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety standards, and company policies

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)

✓ 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role

✓ Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or above preferred) – able to communicate with Japanese management

✓ Good command of English & Malay for daily work communication

✓ Experience in Japanese manufacturing environment is an advantage

✓ Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and problem-solving methodologies

✓ Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills

✓ Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
