1. Manage and grow existing key accounts through strong relationships and continuous engagement.
2. Work closely with technical teams to deliver product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and technical presentations.
3. Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to manage lead times, product availability, and customer delivery schedules.
4. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and monthly business reports.
5. Provide timely solutions to customer requirements and coordinate after sales support
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Possess at least a degree or higher qualification with a background in Mechanical or Electronics.
✓ Min 3 years and above experience in drive sales growth for PCB-related materials & Electronics Components.
✓ Experience working with PCB manufacturers, EMS providers, semiconductor back-end players, or electronics OEMs.
✓ Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills.
✓ Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability.
✓ Willingness to travel domestically and regionally.
