・Providing administration service related to the expatriate management matter and
benefits administrations. Be it related to salary, housing guideline, allowances standard
guideline, expatriate handbook and etc.
・Expected to explain the various policies, strategies, and benefits to client.
・Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedure documentation for client.
・Communicate and work closely with Japan HQ to get the latest update of the expatriate
policy.
・Handling and support of expatriate condo, car based on the policy.
・Translation of documents from Japanese to English or English to Japanese.
・Handling of client enquiries from time to time.
・Undertake other duties and assignments as and when required.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in
Business Administration, Human Resource, Mass Communications or equivalent from
reputable university.
✓At least 1-2 years working experience, preferably in Japanese MNC. Fresh graduates are
encouraged to apply.
✓Excellent interpersonal skills and strong oral and written proficiency in Japanese and English.
✓A self-starter, pro-active, committed, mature and motivated person who enjoys working in a
challenging environment. High integrity with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
✓The ability to think strategically and resourcefully, take initiatives, multi-task and meet
demanding deadlines and perform under pressure.
✓The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong record of being an
excellent collaborator.
✓Applicants must be willing to work in Section 13 - Petaling Jaya.
