・ Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
• Assists in department daily routine
• Attendance monitoring for staffs
• Handle ISO documents
• Handle data entry and clerical duties
• Daily Meal ordering and arrangement
• Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
• Ad hoc duties when required
• Finding ways to improve administrative processes
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Disciplined and can accept instructions.
✓ Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in related field.
✓ Familiar with computer applications, i.e. Microsoft Word & Excel.
✓ 1 to 2 years working experience
