• Conduct live and virtual training sessions for distributors on product benefits, usage, and nutritional science.

• Develop easy-to-understand training materials, presentations, and FAQs.

• Translate complex scientific information into compelling messaging for both novice and experienced distributors.

• Create engaging training materials such as presentations, workbooks, and e-learning modules.

• Schedule and manage logistics for training sessions, including venue selection, equipment setup, participant registration.

• Coordinate with trainers, speakers to ensure smooth execution.

• Contribute to blogs, social media content, and newsletters focused on wellness education.

• Review product claims and promotional content to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines

• Address product-related inquiries from distributors and customers with scientific credibility

• Assist in developing health-focused campaign themes and product launch strategies

• Handle product registration and renewal processes.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related health science field, with a preference for a degree in Nutrition.

✓ Minimum 2–4 years of experience in product training, wellness coaching, or the health & nutrition industry.

✓ Experience in direct selling or MLM industry is a strong advantage.

✓ Strong presentation and public speaking skills (both in-person and online).

✓ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

✓ Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin is a must.

✓ Willing to travel for events, product launches, and training seminars (as needed).
