・ Prepare and maintain master work programme.
・ Establish work breakdown structure, baseline program, construction program and S-Curve.
・ Ensure work program is on track and highlight to Project Manager on changes and
problems encountered.
・ Prepare and submit weekly and monthly work progress report to client.
・ Provide support for tendering activities as and when required
・ Support project teams with administrative functions such as preparing reports,
maintaining database, presenting data and obtaining proper filing of documents.
・ To manage all documentation requirements as per procedures.
・ Ensure compliance to ISO9001.
・ Work together with the function team and Project Manager to ensure the delivery
quality.
・ Coordinate and sharing information between teams.
・ Support daily operational and administrative duties.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Bachelor in Project Management / Construction Management or equivalent.
✓ Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in planning development field in
construction industry.
✓ Familiar with Microsoft Project / Primavera (P6).
✓ Basic familiarity with software functionality of Microsoft Office.
✓ Familiar with Procore System is an added advantage.
✓ Good written communication skills in English
✓ Responsible, pleasant personality and positive learning attitude
