・Conduct market analysis of the reservation system industry, identify target customers, and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach strategies
・Propose product solutions based on customer needs and customize services for implementation
・Lead product onboarding and provide operational support
・Drive usage expansion through follow-ups, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives
・Propose product improvements based on customer feedback and collaborate closely with the development team
・Train and manage Sales and Customer Support team members
・Work closely with the Japan headquarters, Vietnam development team, and Malaysia offices to accelerate business growth
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Proven experience in new business development through cold calling, networking, influencer strategies, or similar outbound approaches
✓Experience identifying customer challenges and designing/proposing tailored product or service solutions
✓Track record of achieving high customer satisfaction and retention through implementation, onboarding, and operational support (tangible or intangible products)
✓Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously
✓Ability to thrive in a startup environment (fast-paced, flexible, and hands-on sales activities required)
✓Team management experience
✓Business-level English & Japanese proficiency
✓Experience in overseas business development
✓B2B product sales experience
✓Experience launching a business from 0 to 1
✓Self-driven and capable of building strategies from scratch while executing independently
✓Possesses a startup mindset and is excited to grow an overseas business in its early stage
