・ Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers and any related devices in production area.

・ Able to develop programming system, software and Visual Basic

・ Able to troubleshoot AS400 system

・ Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.

・ Install, configure, maintain desktops, laptops, server and operating system.

・ Manage user account, emails system & access rights.

・ Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT Maintenance and system upgrades

・ Maintain antivirus, firewall and system updates.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

✓ Strong knowledge of Programming, Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.

✓ Good problem-solving and communication skills.

✓ Able to work independently and respond promptly to urgent issues.

✓ Willing to support factory operations and work on-site.

✓ Fresh graduates encourage to apply

✓ Proven knowledgeable related to Visual Basic (VB) and AS400 systems.
