・Monitoring customer accounts for potential sales opportunities.

・Planning and forecasting stock level vs customer’s requirement

・Warehouse inventory level control

・Arrange for Import shipment & Domestic delivery

・Prepare monthly Inventory Report / sales forecasting reports

・Prepare shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Delivery Note, Packing List & etc

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Degree/Diploma with relevant 1-2 years’ experience

✓Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

✓Proficient in English, Mandarin. Cantonese will be added advantage.

✓Candidate must possess own transport

✓Good communications, negotiation and time management

✓Able to work independently and also a good team player

✓Self-motivated and able to work independently with positive attitude, resourceful and communication skills

✓Willing to undertake challenges and handle multiple ad-hoc function and related duties as and when necessary

✓Computer literate
