・ Responsible for programming, installation, systems setup, testing

・ Provide maintenance and service of machines

・ Provide technical support to customers to ensure minimal downtime

・ Conduct product training, demonstration and technical advice to customers

・ Develop and maintain close relationship with customers

・ Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Diploma or Degree in Electronic and Electrical / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering

✓ A fresh graduate from Mechatronics Engineering / E&E Engineering and Mechanical Engineering are more suitable for the role.

✓ Computer literate

✓ Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, oral and written. Literacy in Mandarin / Japanese is an added advantage.

✓ Possess car driving license and willing to travel to outstation

✓ Willing to work beyond working hours on service job when needed

✓ 1 Full time position available
