PJの高級日本食レストランで日本人シェフを募集しております。

レストランのすべてのメニューの調理の担当

寿司部門の通常業務及び常に高品質の料理の提供をする.

日本料理のメニュー作成の知識

メニューの開発、基準作成

調理場の機能について理解し、アシスタントシェフ、アシスタント、見習の指導

料理の質が保たれるよう内部のコミュニケーションを密にとり、研修等を行う

要望に合わせたオーダーのカスタマイズ

・Responsible for preparing all dishes in the menu

・The chef is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Sushi department & producing the highest standards at all the time.

・Must have knowledge in Japanese menu creation.

・The chef is responsible for the creative development and standards of food, including product development and menu creations.

・Knowledgeable about the kitchen functions as a whole, lead assistant chefs, culinary assistants, and apprentices in the kitchen.

・Ensure that communication and training is done to ensure food standard.

・Customizing orders to suit preferences.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格

日本食レストランでの３年以上のご経験

様々なタイプのにぎり寿司、巻きずしの技術

週末、祝日勤務、シフト勤務可

ペタリングジャヤでの勤務可能な方

１年から２年の契約社員

✓At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the F&B industry in a Japanese Restaurant.

✓Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques

✓Able to work on shift hours, weekend and public holidays

✓Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya
