トップマネージメントのも企業戦略を企画・立案する。

- 新規事業拡大における会長執行役員のサポート

- 調査、研究、分析を実施し、その結果と提案をトップマネジメントに提示し、意思決定を行う。

- 予算、予測、財務諸表を含む財務データを分析し、会社の財務パフォーマンスを評価し、戦略的意思決定に役立てる。

- 潜在的なリスクと機会を評価するために、様々なシナリオを作成し、モデル化する。

- ビジネスプレゼンテーション、会議資料の作成

- 新たな戦略やイニシアチブの実施に関連する組織変革のマネジメントを支援する。

• Plan and develop corporate strategy in line with Executive Chairman’s direction.

• Support Executive Chairman in new business expansion.

• Carry out research and study, conduct analysis, and present findings and proposal to Top Management for decision making

• Analyze financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements, to assess the company's financial performance and inform strategic decision-making

• Develop and model different scenarios to assess potential risks and opportunities, allowing the company to make informed decisions in a changing business environment.

• Prepare business presentation, meeting write-ups.

• Assist in managing organizational change efforts related to the implementation of new strategies and initiatives.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格

- 会計学または経営学の専門資格、学位以上

- 監査、税務、マーチャントバンク、経営企画における10年以上の経験

- 日本語および英語の文書および会話能力

• Minimum Professional Certificate, Degree in Accounting or Business Study

• Minimum 10 years in audit / tax / merchant bank / corporate planning

• Japanese and English proficiency written and spoken.
