マレーシアのBPO企業で、世界中の企業に代わって内定者のリファレンスチェックを行うプロジェクトに携わっていただきます。

これは米国に本社のある企業のマレーシアでの新規プロジェクトにチームリーダーとしてプロジェクト創立から携わっていただきます。日本チームだけでなく、韓国、ベトナムチームもまとめる役割を担います。

英語でのトレーニング（１か月）

マニュアルなどの作成

試行錯誤の中からより良い方法の探索

電話、メール、チャットを使用して内定者のリファレンスチェックを行う。

• Verifying educational, employment, credit and criminal background of candidates in a dedicated countries for our clients.

• Making telephone calls, writing emails, using systems to conduct database checks in order to verify details and prepare reports.

• Handling all inbound/outbound calls/email/live chat pertaining to background verification general inquiries.

• To exceed client’s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格

・大学卒（学部問わす）

・コールセンターで３－５年のご経験、チームリーダーのご経験のある方

・英語力に自信のある方（ビジネスレベル）

・リーダーシップのあり、チームをまとめていく能力のある方

・ビジネスマナーをお持ちの方

・PCの基本スキルをお持ちの方（internet, Word, Excel, OutlookそのほかのApps）

・２０２２年8月２2日の勤務開始日までにマレーシアへ渡航可能な方

・シフトで働ける方
