・Senior Manager (Senior Accounting Manager) of Sale Support & Administration Division.
・ Totally managing our Asian subsidiaries’ accounting such as monthly bookkeeping, annual
audit, monthly/quarterly/annual tax return, tax audit(investigation) and reporting to our HQ
in Japan. (*) Asian subsidiary - Malaysia company and Singapore company

年次監査、各種税務申告、税務調査対応および本社経理への月次レポート)
・Preparing monthly bookkeeping data together with staffs in HQ to submit the data to the
bookkeeper. Then communicating with them for completing the monthly FS.)
(月次記帳データの作成(本社スタッフとともに)。月次経理完成のため記帳業者との連携)
・Reporting the monthly FS to HQ accounting department and communicating with them to
finalize it closely.
(月次財務データの本社経理部門への報告と月次財務報告確定のための同部門との密接な連携)
・Handling annual accounting audit to finalize signed audit report. Especially communicating
and discussing with our auditor (audit firm).

・Preparing corporate income tax report (MY/SG), Quarterly GST report(SG) and monthly
withholding tax report(MY/SG) together with Tax agents in MY/SG. Submitting the reports to
Tax authority via the agent and pay the Tax absolutely.
(税務委託業者とともに、年次法人税申告書(2 法人)、四半期 GST 申告書(SG)、月次 WHT 申告書(2 法
人)を作成し、期限通りに税務局へ提出、納税を実施)
・ Reviewing and approving a payment application for Sales and non-Sales transactions.
Communicating with HQ finance department regarding the payment process.
(営業/非営業取引の支払申請のレビューと承認。(支払い手続きを行う)本社財務部との連携)
・Reviewing and approving a collection data for Sales transactions to input the data into the
sales system together with HQ staffs.
(営業取引の回収登録のレビューと承認。(本社スタッフとともに))
・Managing our internal accounting system (named “Bugyo”) together with our bookkeeper.
(自社会計システム(奉行)の管理。(提供会社である)記帳業者との連携)
・Cooperating with all relevant departments in our HQ, especially with accounting and finance
departments in the HQ. In addition, communicating with the outsourcing agents in Malaysia
and Singapore.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格
✓ Minimum 10 years' experience in accounting, at least 5 years’ experience in Accounting in
Malaysia or Singapore company.
(最低 10 年以上の経理業務経験。少なくとも 5 年以上のマレーシア or シンガポール会社での経理業務経験)
✓ Good command of English language to communicate with Malaysia/Singapore staffs and
Japanese language with the staffs in HQ. Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking skills for
both.
(ビジネスレベルの英語能力(アジア法人スタッフとのコミュニケーション)、およびビジネスレベルの日本語能力(日本本
社とのコミュニケーション。読み、書き、聞く、話すすべてビジネスレベル)
✓ Excellent ability to take action on one’s own initiative with strong leadership.

✓ Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.

✓Experience in working at leasing company or finance company and knowledge about
accounting standards in the finance industry.

v Experience in working at Japanese company which is whole own subsidiary of Listed Parent
company in Tokyo Stock Exchange.

✓Experience in handling annual accounting audit for Malaysia company or Singapore company,
which is to participate in kick-off/exit meeting with the partner of audit firm and explain the
company’s conditions as a representative of the company.

✓ Experience in building up new organization for corporate administration in SME.
(中小企業においてスタフ業務の新組織の立ち上げに携わった経験)
