Native Specialist Digital Event & Brand Services
・ Work closely with the Communications Advisory team in the Hub and colleagues in Japan, to manage the integrated digital communications activities for Japan
・Provide digital content strategy and consultation with PESO model (paid, earned, shared, owned) - Facebook, LinkedIn, Japan (website, intranet, etc.)
・Design, update and maintain Japan website – translating articles, creation and maintenance of corporate and product promotion pages, performance reporting (including regular news release uploading), etc
・Design, update and maintain the Japan intranet – creation and maintenance of pages and performance reporting
・Manage Japan’s social media – create and post articles and manage comments, drive engagement (Facebook page, LinkedIn post)
・Organize customer webinars and internal online/hybrid events with Communications Advisory/other stakeholders (US webcast team, etc.) – creating the event link, Mentimeter, technical rehearsal, technical advice, etc.
・Provide consultation on branding matters including brand alliance
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格
✓University degree or above in communications, digital marketing, or related fields
✓Significant demonstrated success in communications in a multicultural corporate environment.
✓Specialist communicators will be preferred. Minimum experience of 4-5 years.
✓Some experience living or working in Japan or handling projects for the Japan market is a must.
✓Ability to work with various stakeholders and create proactive partnerships.
✓Actively contribute to a collaborative climate.
✓Eagerness to upskill and learn about latest trends in communications.
✓Excellent command of Japanese and English in spoken and written form
✓Working knowledge of Japanese markets
✓Attention to detail, creative and results orientated
✓Excellent working knowledge of digital platforms and tools (CMS, social media etc.)
✓Have knowledge in churning reports (social media and others)
