・Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
・.Manage payroll, leave, and attendance system
・Support HR policies, performance appraisal, and training
・.Coordinate office administration and facility management
・Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws (EA, EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格
✓Degree in HR / Business Administration
✓Minimum 2–3 years HR/Admin experience
✓Knowledge of Malaysian labour law
✓Good communication skills in English & BM
✓Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
✓Japanese language ability is a plus
