・1.Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations

2.Manage shipment scheduling, booking, and documentation (DO, Invoice, Packing List, BL)

3.Liaise with forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams

4.Monitor inventory levels and support stock accuracy activities

5.Handle import/export procedures and ensure compliance with customs regulations

6.Track shipment status and resolve delivery issues

7.Prepare logistics reports for management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格

✓Minimum 2–3 years experience in logistics or warehouse operations

✓Knowledge of import/export procedures and Incoterms

✓Familiar with customs clearance and documentation

✓Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/WMS systems

✓.Strong coordination and communication skills

✓.Able to work under tight deadlines

✓Japanese language ability is a plus (for Japanese clients/suppliers)
