❖pport the deployment/ monitoring/ maintenance/ development/ upgrade/ and support of IT systems/including the server/ PCs/operating systems/ databases/ telephones/ software applications/websites and peripherals in KUL and SNB offices.❖Supervise IT outsourced staff and working with vendor/KDDI, AOH office and TOK HQ.❖Research and recommend improvement for the current and potential resource
