1. to establish and implement proactive IR initiateives and enhance awareness to all employees with regard to HR and employment matters2. assist in handling all reported disciplinary issues, conducting investigations and follow-up on the process of disciplinary action3. develop, review and update the company''s IR policies and procedures to ensure conformity with Labour Laws

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

1. Bachelor''s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent from reputable university2. minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as HR Generalist, preferably in unionize company
