1. Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of instruments2. Performs hands-on on site troubleshooting, service and repairs3. provide high level technical support to external customers at their location4. Provide on-site training to the customer5. Interface with cross functional work teams such as sales executive, customer support/services, product management (R&D)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

1. Bachelor degree or equivalent technical qualifications in electrical/mechanical engineering or physical sciences.2. working knowledge of Ms Office & excel
