❖Provide a full and comprehensive secretarial, administrative and support service to the Head of Sales.❖To manage the HOS schedule including meeting, appointment and travelling arrangement.❖Attend and prepare minutes of meeting, presentation documents and to follow up with the necessary action.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
❖Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any related fields.❖Minimum two years of similar working experience.❖Required skills: Microsoft Words, Excel Advance(VLOOKUP and Pivot) and Power Point.❖Required language: English and Chinese.
