*Responsibility for run planning analysis*Liaison with Japan HQ.*Manage inventory target & support future planning activity*Monthly preventive maintenance record.*Evaluates and reviews Weekly Sales Review (WSR) - analyse and produce forecasts forplanning.*Co-ordinate with the marketing, shipping / Purchasing & warehouse department on allissues pertaining to the processing of sales orders.*Liaised with Marketing, Production, QA, Shipping / Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure ontime container delivery to customer.*Monitor production output and to ensure that packing output achieves the target.*Liaised with shipping department for deliveries of shipment, and coordinating with otherfactories for combined shipment orders.*Co-ordinate with the Purchasing department on status of each sales order and to orderpacking materials accordingly.*Liaised with QA regarding pertaining to the product quality issue.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Possess Degree/ Diploma or certificate in related or relevant field.Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is desired included 3-5 years in Manager capacity. Excellent planning experience, good organization skills and communication skill.Must speak Japanese and English.
