・Enter customer orders into the system, ensure all relevant data regarding orders are correct

・Follow up on delivery schedules.

・Paperwork and administration in line with internal procedures. (Sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, receipt of goods, issuing invoices, etc.)

・Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and customers to facilitate purchasing and delivery processes.

・Help build and maintain relationships with customers.

・Investigate, report and resolve customer service issues.

・Ad-hoc work as instructed by management from time to time.
