*Understand supplier management procedure / registration system and maintain it very well professionally to minimize any supplier risk of Asia production site.*Receive supplier applications from factory PIC and review the contents to meet system requirement.*Advice and guide factory buyers or engineers on how to fulfill the system requirement.*Monitor each supplier’s status to fulfill system requirement ex. financial report, production site, contract,chemical management system etc and advise factory buyers according to requirement.*Monitor and download the data periodically for reporting to Management and HQ*Regular communication with other regional HQ to propose any procedure and system improvement.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

*Excellent communication (English) & interpersonal skills *Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications *Independent and result orientated with high personal drive to succeed*Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills *Japanese speaking and writing *Ability to work as a team
