• Develop new business, maintain new and service existing customers• To analyze, plan and implement marketing and sales activities • Handle negotiations, quotations for new enquires • Provide after sales service and technical support to customer • Ability to follow company direction, instruction and achieve targets • Lead and monitor the sales team to achieve sales targets set by the Management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• At least 10 years experience of Sales • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill• Have experience of Management or the person who has high motivation.• Must possess own car.• Experience of work in Japanese company.• Willing to business travel -Internal 2~3times/month -Overseas Once/3month
