Prepare management reports and other reporting in compliance with the statutory requirements, accounting standards and corporate guidelines.Timely submission of financial statement and board papers to shareholders.Handle SST related matters.Handle and supervise all accounting, treasury, auditing, taxation matters which involve liaison Must be attentive to details,deadline driven and committed to complete the tasks as requested by the management. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to timeDaily cash management, cash flow forecast and banking facilities utilization.Forecast payment and borrowings requirement and anticipating risks that may affect company’s liquidity positionMonitor and liaise with banks on the Forex Hedging/FX contracts/Forex marked-to market matter

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Obtained Degree in Finance or Accounting and/or recognised professional accounting qualification with MIA. Candidates with CPA Australia, ACCA or CIMA member will be an advantaged.Minimum of 3 years hand-on experience in accounting, treasury, SST, taxation and auditingGood knowledge of accounting standards, SST, regulatory and legal requirementsA team player and able to work with minimum supervision Possess sound business knowledge and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlinesEssential knowledge and experience in using MS office tools especially MS ExcelHigh integrity, good interpersonal and communication skillsBe flexible to take on ad-hoc assignment as necessary.
