■ Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration matters of the company;■ Responsible for managing in house union which consist. of collective agreement;■ Oversee daily operation and all financial matters including reviewing of the payment, cash flow management, budgetary, tax planning and management;■ Prepare the outgoing communication with customers;■ Promote and market the business, sometimes to new or niche markets;■ Define and execute commodity strategies in line with the business needs and product line requirements;■ Nominate global strategic suppliers for new business;■ Realize cost savings and negotiate contractual agreements with the entire supplier base;■ Activities with suppliers to achieve cost reductions and quality improvements;■ Conduct reviews of key strategic suppliers to ensure compliance to annual cost reduction and target;■ Identify and develop sales strategy and plan for target market;■ Manage sales team and activities to ensure sales objective is achieved;

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

■Possess education qualification of Degree / Higher and Diploma;■For whose age ranging from 37 - 55;■Minimum 7 years supervisory experience in Steel products and preferably with related background which from Manufacturing;■Strong leadership, communication, planning and organizing skills;■Good command of spoken and written English and able to speak in Hokkien/ Mandarin;
