Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as filling, drafting documents and correspondence, preparing reports & presentations, scheduling meetings & activities, transcribing and reordering supplies.Manage all aspects of the office’s space/infrastructure planning. REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

At least 1 year of working experience in administrative or secretary roleExcellent knowledge of MS Office Suite & Advanced Excel abilityAccounting knowledge in budget forecast, analysis report, profit/loss statements etc.English proficiency in both verbal and written communicationKnowledge in Japanese will be an advantage (preferably JLPT N3 or above)Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong time-management skills and multitasking abilityStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsHigh sense of discretion for handling confidential informationKnowledge in various research & testing methodologies will be an advantageLanguage: Mandarin, English, Bahasa
