To realize and achieve the objective and target set by the company and the quality of work carried out by personnel within their respective departments. Also shall ensure that their staffs are adequately educated and trained so as to minimize the impact to the environment, qualified and experienced in their discipline to per perform their position in satisfactory manner.*To maintain and update the company system with proper documentation control mechanism.*To manage the customer complaints and response to customer within the period required.*To manage the in-coming, in-process and out-going quality control so as to ensure that part delivered is meeting customer''s requirement.*To provide quality report and chart for the control purpose.*Daily ,Weekly, Monthly report.*Countermeasure effectiveness Review.*To provide quality report and chart for the control purpose

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

*Lead the QA/QC team to effectively implement and maintain a quality assurance process system to manage and finish product.*Establishing /Implementing systems to comply with quality standards.*Able to liaise closely with customer on quality manner(attend to customer''s visit, audit and complaint)and ensuring timely response with an effective closure to achieve full customer''s satisfaction.*To maintain and upgrade the quality system to be compliance with ISO standard and ISO /TS16948 requirement.*Candidate must possess at least a Degree , Diploma, Advanced Diploma or equivalent.*At least 5 years working experience in the related field.*Good communication in English and Bahasa Malay.
