❖Develop an HR strategy aligning with the company''s strategy and supportive of business priorities. ❖Implements HR operational plan so as to support the business growth agenda.❖Overseeing HR department functions including compensation and benefits, training development, employment relations, recruitment, and selection.❖Responsible for recruitment and selection matters and to liaise with the respective HODs and recruitment personnel on manpower requirements and manpower planning.❖Planning, organizing and controlling activities and actions of the HR department.Oversee for day-to-day operations and the work of HR team members.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor''s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.Required language(s): English, Bahasa MalaysiaProficient in English, both spoken and writtenAt least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
