Being as a first point of contact, Managing diaries & organising meetings & appointments,Attending top management meeting together with GM & taking minutes on every meeting. Be a translator & interpreter when necessary during meeting(Chinese to English & vice versa) Travelling within Malaysia or ASEAN countries together with GM if necessary.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Candidate must at least have 2-3 years of relevant working experience. Candidate must well converse in Mandarin & English. Candidate must willing to travel Possess own transportation.
