◆Management of all retail activities along with managing employees and meeting performance goals.◆Handles any conflicts and ensure all scheduling needs are met which may mean regularly visiting retail locations to evaluate employee performance and customer satisfaction.◆Oversee the merchandising of products across retail stores, liase with store supervisor to set up visually appealing layout for store merchandise◆Working hand in hand with Mall Landlord

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

More than 10 years in retail business. Has an experience of retailers operation in Malaysia.Good interpersonal and communication skill.
