As Internal Control Analyst, you will be managing the organisation’s internal control practices and ensure its compliance with Group’s internal control framework. You will provide assessment over internal controls and either recommend suitable solution or (re)design the control practices.【Responsibilities】* Evaluate the control designs in the organization, suggest improvements and follow through to the implementation of new designs. * Ensure compliance with Group’s internal control framework and policies by performing regular review of control effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement. * Prepare and present findings and recommendations for review performed to the management. * Assist and guide all process owners to identify, develop and implement Policies and Procedures in the organization.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Relevant Degree such as Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent. • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the field of external or internal auditing. Prior experience in JSox and SAP will be an advantage. • Required skill(s): • Analytical, structured, energetic, pragmatic and organized with attention to detail. • Able to build processes and lay foundations with a passion for continuous improvement. • Strong communications skills and able to communicate across various levels within the company. • Able to work independently
