• Prepare quotations and process purchase orders• Assist customers on sales enquiries• Liaise with Sales Team and Shipping Team on customers’ orders• Rectify part number errors, request lead time changes to suppliers• Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
• Minimum SPM with credit in English or Diploma in any discipline• 2-4 years relevant working experience• Order processing, customer service or telemarketing experience preferred• Able to work in a fast pace environment• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Competent in MS office
