REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

- At least 15 years experience in manufacturing or production line, industry whichever is also fine.- Must be willing to improve the working culture of the current company to Japanese culture.- No Japanese Speaker or Japanese Native at the company now, must be willing to accept this matter.- Willing to occasionally work on Saturday.-
