• To draft, review and revise various contracts related to trading business (e.g. NDA, MOU, sales & purchase agreement, distribution agreement and service agreement).• To identify and/or analyze legal issues related to business and propose appropriate mitigating solutions.• To manage board meetings, shareholders’ meetings and corporate registration.• Keeping management updated on latest legislative or regulatory changes.• To assist division GM in holding compliance and legal training seminars.• To closely work with Legal Team at Headquarter Office & Regional Headquarter Office and manage outside counsel.• To provide other legal assistance as and when required by Division GM.•To be liaison with low firm.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Law with at least Second Class Upper qualification from reputable law school.• Malaysia Bar Qualified.• Minimum 4 years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) or equivalent in corporate legal work at Law Firm.• Strong contract drafting skills is a must.• Solution-driven and commercially minded.• Proficient in spoken and written English.• Familiarity or experience with trading business preferred.• Possess an ethical mind, a mature and confident disposition, positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills.• Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience. • Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen.
