This position is mainly monitor and manage regional office (not Malaysian office) ・As the head of the regional office, set goals of each regional market in alignment with Asian strategies. (Philippines, Vietnam, Nepal, Bangladesh, Taiwan, Myanmar, Sri-Lanka, Cambodia and Pakistan)・Conduct and supervise the organization to achieve the goals of the reginal market.・Monitor sales and other KPIs at the regional office and implement appropriate measures to achieve them.・Report to HQ

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

・10+ years’ work experience in sales, marketing, business development. ・Have experiences of distributor''s management (overseas). ・Willing to travel overseas frequently ・Strong English written, and verbal communication skills are essential・Ability to deliver results with little supervision
