・Conduct market research in the recruitment industry for expansion into other markets.・Prepare reports as well as supporting the head of the department with smooth communication with other offices overseas.・Mainly conduct research in the recruitment and other healthcare related industry in various countries.・List up of companies, contact and making appointment for meetings. Might also need to travel overseas to attend the meetings.・Preparing presentation documents, translation, interpretation.・Liaise with MIMS Global Career offices in other countries, supporting their needs for obtaining related information.・Support the head of the department with communication with related parties as well as required information provision for new business development under the head of the department

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

・At least 3 years'' market research experience.・Preferably Bachelor''s degree in any field.・Studied in Japan is a huge plus and given priority for consideration.・Proficient in using all Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, Power Point.・Able to communicate well in English, Japanese and Mandarin Chinese.・Possess analytical, time management and task management skills・Energetic, self-motivated, independent.・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.・Well-groomed and good etiquette.
