The Assistant Field Support Manager is responsible for driving the growth of Forever Living Products in Malaysia by supporting field operations, coordinating events, and ensuring FBOs receive the sales support and resources needed to achieve business objectives. This role works closely with the Country Sales Manager and operational teams to implement programs and campaigns that increase recruitment, retention, and productivity across the field.
Principal Responsibilities
• Support the Country Sales Manager in achieving 4Core targets and overall business growth.
• Plan, organize, and execute field events, workshops, training sessions, and promotional campaigns to engage FBOs.
• Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring resources, materials, and staffing maximize impact.
• Act as a liaison between FBOs and the corporate office, ensuring alignment with company standards and smooth implementation of initiatives.
• Monitor and report field performance metrics, including recruitment, retention, productivity, first orders, and development.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure operational readiness for campaigns and events.
• Resolve operational challenges in the field and provide day-to-day support to FBOs.
• Participate in strategic discussions on field performance and market development, providing actionable insights.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and support weekend events as required.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
• Proven experience in event planning, sales support, or direct sales/network marketing.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple projects/events simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build strong relationships with FBOs and management teams.
• Analytical skills to monitor field metrics and track performance trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia as needed.
• Ethical, dependable, professional, and capable of independent decision-making.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin, enabling effective communication across diverse FBOs.
