Candidate will need to operate injection moulding machines and robots
• Preferably candidates who is familiar with Sumitomo injection moulding machines and Yushin robots
• Candidate has to possess the ability in testing new moulds and troubleshoot when there is an error occurred
• Candidate must do mould set up and parameter adjustments
• To ensure injection moulding machine runs at optimum condition and to troubleshoot moulding parts defect and parameter during mass production
• To lead on new part test run and monitor projects and progress to ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• To perform evaluation of new or existing mould, new products and machines
• Support production on daily activities to ensure the department achieve desired quality parts to meet customer expectation

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

At least 3 years of working experience in injection molding (Precision plastic engineering) • Perform any other duties as and assigned by superior, carryout injection molding machine maintenance. • Ensure good housekeeping and safety at production floor • Able to work late hours and weekends during new mold testing and peak production
