1. Manage service delivery for a suite of customers and provide day-to-day operational guidance.
2. Act as the link between a variety of projects, customers, and resources.
3. Managing IT Administration:
o Approving IT expenditure
o Monthly Management Review on IT Expenditure
o Yearly IT BP Submission
4. Business operation requirement and solution:
o Recommend solutions to problems and cost-effective strategies for clients.
o Monthly Management Review on IT cost
o Streamline business processes for operation efficiency
o Enhance reporting processes and formats for management review
o Ensure SOX Compliance in all IT setup and change process
5. Support IT Infrastructure Network:
o Ensure continuous uptime of data and communication infrastructure for business continuity
o Ensure data integrity and network security
o Ensure customer satisfaction of IT support services
6. Monitor team members to ensure that project milestones are met and delivered on time.
7. Design and execute techniques to enhance productivity and efficiency and reduce risks.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓1. Degree holder
2. A minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial position
3. Preferably experience in Sales and Distribution environment
4. Preferably with experience in the SAP environment
5. Experience in managing stakeholders’ expectations & business needs
6. Able to work independently and working with indirect reports to meet business SLAs
7. Strong knowledge of business operations, preferably performing a business partner role working with business executives for 3+ years
8. Possess general knowledge of related business technologies and applications that drive business growth, business management and long term business sustainability
